Camden Council, in partnership with the NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board, would like to understand more about how parents/carers make decisions around childhood vaccinations, regardless of whether they have chosen to have their children vaccinated or not, of if they are just unsure.
We would be grateful if you would promote our survey to Camden residents with children aged 0-5 years by asking them to visit https://www.camden.gov.uk/childhood-immunisation-survey
The survey closes on 28 February 2023.
